This 3-hour experience is a dedicated space to regulate your nervous system, move with intention, and clear your head. No ego. No performance pressure.

What To Expect

Movement

Guided kettlebell and bodyweight training suitable for all levels. Focus on quality movement and reconnecting with the body.

Breathwork

Practical education and guided breathing exercises. Learn techniques to regulate your nervous system and improve focus.

Reflection

A facilitated men’s circle with guided prompts. A space to slow down, reflect, and listen—with the option to share.
